Attention everyone , don’t do business with this company, This is the worst company we have ever encountered! Not only they can not deliver on time, but their indian employee also has no professional ethics and a very bad attitude! ! The person who contacted us was their Indian employee Ranpreet , Ranpreet did not inform us in advance or apologize for their failure to deliver on time, When we asked him when the equipments would be shipped , he angerily and impatiently told us that he don’t know! and he said if we couldn't wait, we could cancel the order.” We waited for 2 months, but this is the result! In their opinion, our time is so cheap! Since we have already paid, we have no choice but to wait. After waiting for another 2 weeks, finally the goods are ready, Since we were not in Stockholm, I asked Ranpreet to ask UPS to help us to deliver the goods to the destination. However, I did not expect that the shipping fee was only 865 Euros, but Ranpreet charged us 2090 Euros! We hope they can refund us the extra shipping fee they charged from us. Additionally, we need them to revise some documents such as commercial invoice and packing list etc during the import process, but unfortunately, we need to prepare almost all the documents ourselves! Because Their Indian employee Ranpreet said the amount of our PO is very small , they can’t put in so much time providing us deatils and documents!
