Extremely rude employees. I used to buy a lot of things before but not anymore, two three times that I have been lately, they have been unhelpful and rude. They need to change the people working there or go on a soft skills training. Overpriced too, now most of their competitors have 20-30% cheaper prices for same product. I should really give one star, but I give two because I think they can improve

For smaller things it’s a nice store. But I personally don’t appreciate stores with a very small warehouse. Anything I ever wanted from here must be ordered online, so why bother coming to the store?

Large and nicely decorated shop with a lot of nice stuff. But I have to agree with the other reviewer who complained about ignorant staff. We come from abroad and had emailed the shop a month ago to get them to bring in stock of a particular light we wanted. They did that perfectly. But when we came to pick u the lights, we were told we would be sent the invoices and payment can be made online. But there was no mention about how we can go about the getting tax refund, despite our repeated queries. We emailed a few times to different departments of Svenssons but only got vague short replies. Best thing is, we were passed the merchandise with no instructions as to how to pay for them! We could have flown off and left the country with USD$1000 over worth of merchandise but we did not, yet had to pretty much chase Svenssons to make payment! Eventually we had to make our way back to Svenssons on a different day to make payment, where we were lucky to meet a salesgirl who knew what she was doing, so got it sorted out. But having related that long story, the sales staff were all lovely, including the initial ones who messed up. They did say they were new. So I guess the problem is with Svenssons not sufficiently training their staff.

This is a great store. I didn't take any pictures, but it's worth a visit. Even if you don't need anything, you'll probably find that you do.

Nice collection but very ignorant staff turning your visit to an unpleasant one, had to wait 25minutes for just being able to pay... and the staff didn't even say "sorry for keeping you waiting" or at least something similar... will never buy anything from this place in the future...
