I went to the office the day of my appointment , since i am still waiting for a migration decision the secretary advised me not to leave my passport, don’t take pictures / fingerprints and to just request back the money, which i did. Longer than a month i have been trying to get the money back but there is no response, i don’t get any email after making the request either. On twitter they are absolutely useless as well. There are no emails or telephone numbers, the service is expensive and bad.

One of the receptionists is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever encountered. I hope she is not there the next time I need their services. To make it clear, I will have to use their services because of the monopoly they have.

Went there for Canadian biometrics and worked perfectly. The people there were friendly and efficient, and helped me with something I did wrong. I have a lot of experience with visa offices and other such official agencies and would consider this experience the best so far.

Services are of very good standard but please teach some manners to front desk or reception girl from Africa. She seemed very rude. I went to submit my application some days ago and today I went to collect my passport. On both occasions her behavior was very rude. Please tell her to be polite when she asks about appointment confirmation or visa application or id card. I have no issue with services. Everything is perfect
