Horrible people working there, not just the rudeness, because of then i had to go three times because they don’t know how to do their job. One of the guys grab the paper from my hand and bin it in a really bad way. I would like to know were i can put a complaint

Very busy institution that deals with very many topics, I suppose. They try their best to have an efficient service

This new location is run very efficiently and the staff are very kind. There was a queue waiting when the location opened at 10am, so several staff helped each family get started at the proper station immediately. Our staff person was very patient with us and carefully explained the parts of the application that I found confusing. He was also very understanding about our need to conduct the interview entirely in English as we are still learning (and his English was flawless of course).

I usually go to the one in Hallunda but I didn't have time today so I had to go to the Liljeholmen. The worst service ever. I had just one question and not to do paperwork so I thought to ask and leave the kne guy was talking with attitude. And when i waited for my number the other guy was bored to do his job and his face was like could you just leave. Like come on I have seen people that don't talk much but again they are not like that. I won't go there again ever

Had a wonderful experience with super helpful staff despite messing up our booking for a new ID, they got us a new appointment that same day just ten minutes after we arrived. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful.
