They have teenagers at the reception desk. Do NOT go near the chiropractor, she can only deal with small issues and uses these alternative tools instead of actually testing the muscles. When she doesn't know how to fix something she becomes rude. The massage therapists are all trainees except for one so ask in advance. They have 2 systems, one for the vouchers and the other for appointment that are not connected. I had a pre-paid massage in April. They sent me an invoice today and of course want me to pay ASAP. You can't call them directly, you have to email them and they ask you for a screenshot of the payment. In Sweden, we don't have screenshots as it is insecure, how does their finance team not know this? I have unsubscribed from their newsletter but I keep on getting their newsletter, when I put them in spam, they send me imaginary invoices that they have no idea was paid already which is of course in my spam... It's such a pain to deal with them, I made sure I took the time to write this review since they wasted SO much of my time needlessly and on top of that are unprofessional.

I booked a time with a “physical therapist” but a very old fashioned chiropractor lady met me. She didn’t listen to me at all just she asked me to lay down and did her unprofessional job. I ended up with extreme nerve pain in my right leg! She forcefully pressed the nerve! Please be aware of harm that their chiropractor can make to you!

The digital systems never work. It's always confusing if there is an appointment or not. We missed one and had to pay for it, we arrived for another but there was no bookings in their system

Gå inte hit, eller boka i alla fall inte möte digitalt. Kasst möte där videon inte fungerade. Trevlig personal i telefon men som tyvärr inte kan hjälpa till med fakturafrågor. Går ej att ringa faktura-avdelningen. Fick ingen hjälp.

Katastrof fysioterapi. Hade 45 minuter bokat och efter 22 minuter var vi "klara". Skulle få komma tillbaka nästa gång för att få övningar att göra...
