Had a problem with the self scanning several times needed to scan some random items and I was happy with that but one time they checked all items of 3 bags through normal cashier, I start complaining because it took me effort to collect and sort my items and there was nothing missing in the list I scanned correctly!! The employees there had no respect and they where very rude when I asked for explanation!! They only told me that they have to check all the items, I think citygross should focus to train its employees how to make there customers happy in my situation I had to speak to 3 employees who where searching my item I used to do my shopping in this shop for 8 years but not any more I felt like I am in the airport Check point I everything I shopped same day and went to ICA kvantum in the other side and did my shopping there, they promised me that next day the manager will call me for explanation but this didn't happen. Bad service bad service citygross!!!!!

Massive variety of almost everything a family needs! Self checkout is available for members only.. I believe the zones need to be rearranged. Go there for large family shopping

This store have everything you need. Own butcher and bakery. Not as good prices as it use to be in the past.

They have a wide sortiment and it is spacious. Sometimes, they have amazing discounts on a few things but, generally, for me it is a little too pricey. They, also, offer extra discounts for their members which we've taken advantage of a few times. I would not recommend their bread. I tried it twice and was disappointed.

One of best mega super markets. Can find almost whatever you want. The prices are good also and you can find multiple offers on many different things. I like their app and you can have your digital invoices of you scan your membership card. They have almost every month a 10% discount on a whole shop. We try to time buying our expensive stuff when the 10% campaign start.
