Bija ļoti patīkami. Mani apkalpoja vīrietis un viņš bija ļoti saprotoš un uzmanīgs, saistībā ar to , ka bija daudzas lietas ko es īsti nesapratu un viņš bija pārskaidrojis lēnā gaitā. 😁 Ļoti mīļš arī un respektēja mani kā personu. Un bija maza problēmā ar pases iegūšanu bet viņš atrisināja problēmu , kas arī bija ļoti jauki no viņa puses. ❤️ tā kā tā. 5 zvaigznes tikai viņa dēļ😂

When it was time for me to renew my passport, I made sure to come prepared and brought everything which was stated on the official website. One of those things was a picture for the passport which I had specifically gone to a photo studio for. Though, when at the embassy, the lady there told me that the picture I had taken at the studio could not be used and only pictures taken at the embassy could be used. She also tried to tell me that the website did not state you were supposed to come with a picture ready. While writing this review I went on to the official website to try and find the page for passport renewal to see if the contradiction was still there, but I was not even able to find it. This brings me to my point of the website being outdated and it being incredibly difficult to find anything. There is a bar that allows you to search for pages on the website by using keywords, but doing that brings up pages regarding completely unrelated countries, as well as some of them being over a decade old. You would think you could solve this by simply using the ''Filter search'' box, but that does not help as there are no options there for how to filter the search, it is simply empty. All in all, the embassy itself is okay but is massively dragged down by its outdated website which makes it close to impossible to find anything.

Fast response, well organised work, friendly staff members. Been there a few time for passport issues for myself and my daughter and always very satisfied with cooperation.
