The dog treatment is good, but not for the price. They have build up the whole business to charge you as much as possible; they over use medicine and services with that exactly in mind. They also knowingly choose to not disclose information of what the insurance will cover and in cases will mislead you to believe that insurance covers something when it doesn't. Their prices are also very high; there are much better and more ethical clinics with more reasonable pricing.

They take blood tests, get paid and never call back. It happened twice within last three months. You have to really nag them, calling three times to remind about getting back. Zero empathy and zero customer service

These folks are fantastic. They have saved my dog's life twice, including one time he needed emergency surgery where they sorted out another clinic doing the surgery. Absolutely recommend them 100%!

I really felt that I needed to give a special mention to all the staff at Evidensia in Nacka. They have been SO amazing, caring, professional and lovely and have helped me and my Golden Retriever A great deal the last week. I want to give a special shout out to Karrin, Ann- Marie and Ulla. They have gone above and beyond in helping me and my boy. Finding and making time to see us, and despite being squeezed in we are treated with so much professional care and friendliness. I can’t say enough good things about how lovely these people are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your outstanding work 💖

Traumatic experience! We went last friday to clean our dog teeth and when we got him the vet told us we need to remove all teeth for 70000 kr. Other option was put him to sleep since he hasnt much life letf (he is 13 yo but health otherwise). We came back home devastated, and will not go back.
