I paid for a passport that is now being held, and no solution has been offered to retrieve it. From the beginning, communication—especially from a person named Véronique Lusci—has felt deliberately confusing. Initially, I was told I needed complicated documents like a birth certificate to be register to the embassy in Stockholm, when in fact all I needed was to update my phone number in the system to be transferred from one embassy to another. Despite being in a difficult and precarious situation, I traveled to Stockholm to renew both my passport and national ID. It was a challenging process, but necessary, as all my documents were expiring. Later, I was asked to send back my old passport, which I did using the return envelope they provided when they sent me the new ID. Now they claim they never received it. I followed all the procedures, including filing a claim at the post office. Yet, the embassy has offered no help or resolution, they don't seem to care at all. They're now suggesting the envelope I used didn’t have a stamp. I wish I had taken a photo, because while I now doubt myself, I find it unlikely I would have overlooked something so basic. (Why would they include a return envelop without stamp?) What troubles me the most is the tone of the emails I've received. At one point, I was even accused of wanting to keep the old passport—which makes no sense, as I couldn’t afford to be without ID for three weeks. This, along with the misleading information I was initially given (which I later found out wasn’t true after speaking with someone else), makes me question the honesty. People who cannot handle emergencies or understand precarious situations should not be working at an embassy. You expect help from an embassy—not blame, and certainly not deliberately misleading information.
I´ve never bought any Small PDF subscription, I was using the test-period. Now they´ve charged me a 2-seats subscription. No customers service, no adress, not even an email adress.
A funny guy works there
Simply perfect. Helpful, fast and kind staff.
