Det blev jätte bra med den nya laddaren till bilen

We first contacted Elektrounion to fix our lighting system because four of our lights were not working properly. Two were flickering and two did not turn on at all. Their initial assessment was that the system was old, complicated, and expensive to repair thoroughly, and they recommended switching to a Plejd system instead. They assured us this would solve the problems. After the Plejd installation, one of the lights stopped working again within a week, and another that was supposed to be fixed still was not working. We asked them to come back, but what disappointed us and ultimately led to a 3 star rating was that they charged us fully for the follow up visit. They explained that the remaining issues were caused by loose connectors, which felt frustrating because it seemed like something that should have been identified during the first assessment. (Updated with details: In response to their comment, I would recommend that they check the name listed on the invoice, as it clearly matches mine. My husband was the one who handled most of the communication during the process, which may explain the confusion.)
