After handing in my Volvo for a paint repair and waiting 8 days, the garage calls me on the last day to tell me that the paint shop was broken (can happen, but why not tell me earlier and let me decide if I want to keep it there?!) but that it is now fixed and that the car will be painted on that day but I have to wait another 5 days over midsummer to get the car. In reality instead, nothing happened on that day or over the next 5 days. As then again (today), once the 5 days had passed, the garage calls and tells me the paintshop was still broken and that it takes another 6 days from here. Then when telling them that I want to pick up my car unfixed, they say they removed the door already so that is not possible. Eventually the garage managed to do the repair then within two days and I got my car back (repair looked well done) 2 todays into the last 6day delay. The garage then also said hat the rental car will be paid in full by them /whatever is not paid by the insurance yet after sending bank details I have not heard back from them. Most unprofessional experience I ever had with a garage.

Same here workers seems very busy either talking on cellphone or doing something on PC but not much interest in customer but if you got spare time do visit n enjoy car models then bye bye.

Very good service. I bought a roof box and when I came there they helped to unpack and load it on the rails of the car.

if you can avoid it - do it . Cost of service for start/stop service cost more than 20 000 SEK ! and 5 days without a car
