Terrible, terrible experience. A simple repair case took over 2 months to close. Firstly, Bilia ignored my notes on a request and used a wrong insurance, acting behalf of me without informing or asking me. The other thing is that i was billed incorrect ammount, wchich i was forced to pay. Resolving the issue could have been a moment for bilia to shine, but no. I was being ghosted, sent from one person to the other, i had to chase myself responsible employees and remind them to finally resolve and close this case. Overal terrible customer care.
This was not the best experience ever. First of all if one follow the address of this automated generated email you end up at the showroom. It would be good if it explained how to get at the garage. Second I went for a manufacturing failure. The appointment was made at least a month ago. The part that needed to be replaced was not in stock..., how is that possible? So I need to come back one more time. Third there was no replacement car available. The people working there are very nice by the way, but not even an apology. There’s room for improvement. Service is something completely different than just being nice...
I would say there is no customer service in this company, no one answers emails (even after sending 2 or 3 emails) no one answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they are not so nice. A LOT to improve in this BMW service shop
