This is Bangladesh Embassy of Sweden offering visa and passport related services for Bangladeshi people living in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Last time I went there for my son passport issues and I am very pleased with the behavior and service offered by the personnel. If you plan to travel there with your car, there is enough parking spaces outside the Embassy building. You can park there, and pay with EasyPark app easily. It costs 1 Euro for 1 hour. Very reasonable price I believe.
The service provided by them was excellent. I have visited multiple times in a month, and each time, their service has been outstanding. They were even highly apologetic for an incident that was beyond their control. The first secretary made every effort to assist us, despite the fact that we had to evacuate the building due to an emergency. I fail to understand why some people perceive their behavior as poor. Perhaps some individuals have unrealistic expectations of their service, or it could be that the embassy staff have been making significant efforts to enhance their service in recent months.
The new ambassador Mr Mehdi Hasan is very gentleman. I went there to attend a programme. And he was very humble and inspiring. I haven’t received any service from there but I am sure they will be helpful.
Lots of scope to improve. This is not the suitable place for an embassy. Customer Service system is very important. This section is not satisfactory.
Bad experience! They don’t maintain time at all. Sometimes they are early or late. They always act like they’re super busy and don’t have enough time!!
