The Pink House i Hägersten-Liljeholmen — Hökarvägen

The Pink House felt more like what I experienced in the past when I stayed in "couch surfing" locations. That is to say, a worthy price to pay would be $0. Location is near a metro station and grocery store in a cute, quiet neighborhood, so that's nice... but the house is messy and packed with random items strewn about. It smells a bit off as well, which may be due in part to the dog which will be running around, jumping on you and humping your leg. Despite the mess, you're expected to remove your shoes, a rule that is surely only in place to provide "cleanliness-theater". The breakfast, the host explains, is in the fridge, and you can help yourself (he says as he opens the fridge and points to a cluttered mess of random food). You're free to cook in his dirty kitchen as well. The simple double room is right off the living room next to the stair, and you can hear the TV on the other side of the wall as the host hangs out right outside your door. The welcome note explains that this is meant to feel "like a home", and it's a shared space, which is why it's dirty and therefore guests should lower their standards. The bed and chair in the room were stained. There was not a way to lock your items up when you go out. I felt very uncomfortable. I'm a vibe person, and I just got a bad feeling here. It's clear that in response to some recent negative reviews, the host has made no effort to improve the conditions of the home, and has instead insisted that the filth is simply part of a normal, welcoming home and you should just accept it. I've spent enough time in my life dealing with that kind of gaslighting and/or unwillingness to change that I had zero interest in spending a second longer in this hoarders den on what was supposed to be special time of traveling and relaxing. I booked a different room for that night and left without staying the night. It was very clear to me that this host is not prepared to run a bed and breakfast and has made a very misleading listing. Travelers should beware, and the host should take head and change lest he deservedly loose business.

Beim Betreten des Hauses ist sofort der strenge Geruch aufgefallen. Der Eingang war vollgestellt mit Müll. Das Essen war schimmlig, sowie auch das Bad. Zum Frühstück (sollte inklusive sein) gab es trockenes Brot. Nicht zu empfehlen

**WARNUNG - KOMPLETTER BETRUG! Finger weg von dieser "Unterkunft"!** Aufenthalt: 20.07.-24.07.2024 (2 Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht) **DIE SCHOCKIERENDE REALITÄT:** Was wir vorfanden, war das komplette Gegenteil der schönen Bilder! Bereits beim Ankommen der erste Schock: Vorgarten, Einfahrt und das gesamte Grundstück waren übersät mit Müll, alten Duschwannen, kaputten Motorrädern und Schrottautos. Das sah aus wie eine Müllhalde! **IM HAUS: PURE KATASTROPHE** - Küche: Absolut widerlich! Dreckiges Geschirr überall - in der Spüle, auf dem Tisch, komplette Verwahrlosung - Kühlschrank und Schränke: Vollgestopft mit ABGELAUFENEN Lebensmitteln - das sollte unser "Frühstück" für 4 Tage sein! - Überall technischer Schrott: Defekte Fernseher, DVD-Player, 3 kaputte Kaffeemaschinen und anderer Müll - Bäder: Versaut und ekelhaft - völlig unbenutzbar - Die Zimmer waren zwar einigermaßen aufgeräumt, aber das Drumherum war ein einziges Chaos **VERMIETER-REAKTION: DREIST!** Als wir höflich mitteilten, dass wir uns das anders vorgestellt haben, konnte er uns "nicht verstehen" und bot aus "Kulanz" nur die Hälfte zurück. Bei diesem Zustand! Das ist definitiv eine Masche - kein normaler Mensch kann dort übernachten! **CHECK24: KUNDENSERVICE MANGELHAFT!** Das Schlimmste: Check24 ließ uns komplett im Stich! Sie schoben alles auf Expedia ab ("können nichts machen"), aber Expedia kannte unsere Buchungsnummer gar nicht. Typisches Ping-Pong-Spiel auf Kosten der Kunden! **FAZIT:** - Totale Täuschung durch gefälschte/veraltete Bilder - Gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände - Abzocke durch Vermieter UND Buchungsportal - Für Stockholm-Reisende: NIEMALS hier buchen! Diese "Unterkunft" verdient nicht mal einen Stern. Reine Geldmacherei auf Kosten ahnungsloser Touristen. WARNUNG AN ALLE!

Una casa tremendamente sucia y con muy mal olor. Se supone que el desayuno está incluido, pero resulta que el desayuno es la comida caducada y mohosa que te encuentres por la nevera. Mucha suciedad y mucho desorden. No se lo recomendaría a nadie.
