Abbiamo scelto la combo battello + ocean bus proposta da Susan che ci ha indicato dove prendere il bus. Andiamo lì ma non c'è nulla, torniamo da Susan, chiede spiegazioni al suo capo che risponde che il bus era lì ed è partito regolarmente. Lei viene con noi nel punto indicato e verifica che non c'era nulla, infatti il bus arriva dopo un quarto d'ora ed è il primo della giornata, l'orario era sbagliato. 5 stelle a Susan che ci ha aiutati a risolvere il problema ed ha ammesso il suo errore, pessimo il suo capo, bugiardo e disonesto.

Very disappointing and not worth it. Overpriced. There were about 2 or 3 buses going round on the online map and some of them weren’t even on the red route on the map. We had a ticket for 48 hours and managed to get on one bus. Also most of the stops are to museums which you pay additional entry for. Much easier to get round on a normal bus or tram or metro - which are all very cheap. Do your research before booking to see if you will actually get your moneys worth! The audio guide was also so vague.

Eher enttäuschend, der Audioguide ist sehr knapp bemessen zu den Stops, da finde ich mit googlen in zwei Minuten mehr und die Fahrweise der Fahrer lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen. This tour was truly disappointing, especially for the high price. The audio commentary was incredibly brief and lacked any depth; it felt like a waste of time when I could have found better information by just searching on my phone. The driving was also quite erratic and unpleasant. Save your money, this tour is not recommended.
