Found a small but really good place to rent through StaySthlm AB. The contracting process was really quick and key handover was done really smoothly. The flat was really close to T central and stockholm city hall. When I left the flat the handover process was also really smooth. In case you are wondering, this was the view from the flat balcony.

Thank you for helping with my moving to Stockholm. The whole process was smooth and highly organized. Very responsive if needed help during my stay. The adjustment was clean at moving in and there were basic necessities prepared for me, and very helpful, especially at the beginning: kitchen houseware and even some spice! Thanks again! Out of my 2.5 years living in Stockholm in an apartment managed by Stay Sthlm, I never had any single problem. Every time there was something in the house that needed to be sorted (plumbing, storage, cleaning etc.) they were the fastest to reply and provide the required support. Availability was constant and helpful as well as a smooth process when it came to check-in, check-out and paper work. Highly recommended.

StaySthlm have been a great provider of housing during the two years I have been a tenant. They communicate clearly and politely in English and Swedish, and are quick to respond in the rare circumstances where their support is needed. Their actions in those cases have been first-class, really moving mountains to look after their tenants. The housing they provide is of very good quality and rents are charged at a very fair rate. I have already recommended StaySthlm to colleagues of mine who are seeking a place to live either in Stockholm city or the surrounding suburbs. 10/10.
