Mycket tillmötesgående personal!
High cleaning fees for poor students who move out.. even when you clean the room and it's cleaner than when you moved in, you still get charged by the cleaning company who cleans nothing in the end.. Just money rip-off Don't move in there!
!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT AT YOUR OWN AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UPON LEAVING !! I want to share my experience during my tenancy at Lappis. When I initially moved into my room the room was extremely dirty, with evident signs of neglect – black toilet stains, dust and hair in various places, and even some unidentifiable black substances EVEN THOUGH a cleaning company was hired. The wardrobe had not been cleaned at all, and previous tenant belongings were left behind. The walls and ceiling had black stains and brown drops of humidity. Additionally, the radiators were covered in dust. it's essential to note that I had to live in an unsanitary environment upon moving in, followed by the stress and inconvenience of cleaning it myself. Furthermore, I never gave consent for the cleaning company to enter my apartment, yet my toilet was cleaned without my knowledge. Now that I had to leave my room, I was cleaning so thoroughly with a friend for at least 8 hours (18sqm room). I have received a notice about an inspection conducted after I vacated the room, indicating that the cleaning did not meet the requirements of the tenancy agreement. The condition of the apartment upon my arrival was already extremely dirty, with the previous tenant's belongings still present. The previous tenant hired a cleaning company, which, as evidenced by the state of the apartment when I moved in, did not do a thorough job. And guess what? SSSB did not check the apartment at that time. I took significant time and effort to clean the apartment meticulously, leaving it in a much-improved state. However, I now face charges for the remaining minor oversight in the wardrobe. It appears that the dormitory management conducts more stringent inspections only when students clean their rooms, which feels UNFAIR and DISCRIMINATORY. After spending the toal of 16 hours of cleaning this disgusting place, I WILL HAVE TO PAY A FINE NOW. Thank you SSSB and see you NEVER. Even google does not allow me to post the nasty toilet that I received...
Money is for face, nothing for real. Non-stop facade maintenance and Instagram-oriented activities. But have to wait for two weeks to get the elevator repaired and laundry room can never work properly.
