SSSB Forum i Östermalm — Körsbärsvägen 2

There's no student guardian during the night in the dorms to keep the quiet hours respected with paper-thin walls, where the kitchen, floor and main entrance doors are slammed throughout the day and night! Guys go to cook at 23:40 pm and doesn't care if you want to sleep! The kitchen is misused by some guys as their living room; I can hear the guy upstairs every time he pees! You can imagine about talking over the phone, watching movies etc. Places where I'm sure that it happens : Lappis, Balder, Kungshamra, Forum! But I do believe it' happens at any SSSB housing. That's why is cheap and they make it so hard to get, so we don't complain afterwards. For what's worth, it's actually too expensive. I complained, asked to change my room (which is beside the kitchen, that in top of slamming loudly has an alarm that goes off very easily) because it was one other room available, SSSB doesn't want to do it.

Discriminatory conduct by the caretaker, and tenant issues are routinely left unaddressed. Management and facility are substandard, yet rent increases are imposed arbitrarily without clear justification.
