honestly, this pre-school sucks. i used to go in it, the staff have favorite students and no staff ever cared about me. when it was -10 degrees they forced me and my classmates to go out for lunch without any jackets, shoes, scarfs or hats. i got a cold immediately after that! i hate this pre-school so much, it deserves 0 stars

Unfortunately this preschool doesn't have a structure. Most of the staff will not take care of the kids needs, as well when you try nicely to talk to them they either don't know or they will act defensive even though i use constructive dialogue as "could you please help my child putting all the clothes that i provided on, when she goes outside. They are small kids and they forget and they need to be reminded. I do this everyday before we go out of the house" and i get answers like : " you need to talk to your child, we tell them , if they don't hear we can't do much about it ". I found my child at -11 degrees with no scarf, no fleece under te jacket, jacket opened, she was cold as ice. Next day she had a cold so badly that i had to keep her home fora week. They charge the staff very often and many feels like they are not well instructed, If you email the rektor for different matters, you won't get any replies. And many other issues. P.S - with all do respect for those who do their job ,but in this preschool are very few that care for kids.
