MAX Burgers i Flemingsberg — Tangentvägen 3

Same experience as many others, first the burger bread was burned. Then they missed the sallad when remaking it. Disappointed by max as usual, their burgers are mostly tasteless. And their customer service seems difficult and not helpful. Atleast McDonalds gives you something when messing up.

I ordered a burger and a bunch of other stuff, only got the bunch of other stuff. Missing an entire chicken burger. Ordered through Max app, would be too inconvenient to go back. Was already at home when we realized.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear many people already mentioned the lack of cleanliness, no napkins, and the staff’s poor attitude. Honestly, this branch seems to forget it’s part of a chain — acting like an independent place with its own rules.

Most expensive burger I have ever paid for at MAX since the parking signs are not in the middle lane where you park (there is a pole where a sign should be but it has none) and there is only a small sign that is covered by trees when you pull in. 500 kr parking ticket and complaining to the parking company did not help. Multiple cars got hit at the same time so obviously we were not the only ones. Put your 2 hour parking sign in your car.

I ordered a ice cream "sundae" for 24-27kr (1,77£) (2,28$) and since it is SO EXPENSIVE i thought it was gonna be big like in the picture but when I got it i was shocked by how small and expensive it is and it wasnt even that good. 1 week later i came back and got a burger and Fries and Chicken nuggets and I didn't even get one of those stuff and I went too tell them and then they said it was my fault, and later when I got my stuff i was so annoyed expensive burger REALLY SMALL and expensive Medium Fries THAT WERE SMALL and I didn't even get my Chicken nuggets they gave me chilli cheese and they said "Your gonna have too eat it" I'm so mad i gave it a second chance and it failed mabye ill visit in the future but not right now, disgrace.
