I was invited to work as a subcontractor. Just at the end of the third day (I met once and for few hours the project manager), the project manager told me "I hesitate if you can do the job". We haven't talked, we haven't discussed. He made his decision based on a prejudgment. The day after he told me that the project owner (another company) didn't accepted me while he wrote to my manager that I wasn't qualified. The people who were working there were not welcoming at all except one manager who helped me a lot. When I was looking for a pen in a closet where they kept office material, one of the staff (a young lady) came to me and asked me in a very rude way if I was looking for something. The worst work place I have ever seen and been.
