Huset Under Bron i Södermalm — Hammarby Slussväg 2

Looking for a club with electronic music, there were not a lot of options in Stockholm. We didn't know what to really expect here but as we did get the place recommended then in a club wear store, we knew this might be a great place. We had some troubles finding the entry by foot, but finally made it. There are like three areas (in summer time there seems to be an additional big part outside with street food). There is a cosy wooden bar style area on the upper level as well as a fully pink upper floor (that was playing like hiphop-sound yesterday), and there was the dark lower floor playing electro yesterday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! the dark room with a ceiling full of speakers, well timed nice light effects, great sound, temperature was ok, staff was friendly, not too crowded... we hab an amazing evening here!

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the behavior of the security staff at this club. The incident occurred at approximately 3:50 AM. Together with my friend, I stepped outside the venue to smoke a cigarette. There was no visible sign or information indicating that smoking was prohibited in that area. A security guard approached us and informed us that smoking was not allowed. We apologized immediately and explained that we are tourists and were not aware of this rule. The guard replied that it was okay, mentioned that he understood since we were tourists, and then walked away. At the exact moment when we were extinguishing and disposing of the cigarettes, the same security guard suddenly returned and ordered us to leave the club, without providing any explanation or reason. This was confusing, as the situation had just been acknowledged and dismissed by him. When we attempted to go back inside to understand what was happening, the same guard approached me from behind, used physical force, violently pulled me, and tore my shirt in the process, while aggressively ordering me to leave the premises. During this incident, I asked another member of the security staff to speak with a manager, as the situation was clearly escalating and unacceptable. This request was refused, and we were forcibly removed from the venue without any opportunity to explain or clarify the situation. The security guard identified himself as “Adam” (I cannot confirm whether this was his real name). His behavior was disproportionate, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional. The use of physical force against guests who did not pose any threat is unacceptable and represents a serious breach of basic security and customer safety standards. I expect the club to address this incident and take appropriate corrective action. Until this matter is properly investigated, I strongly discourage visiting this venue, as the conduct of the security staff poses a real risk to guests.

the doorman is soo unwelcoming and they also made me wait about 25 mins to get my coat back when leaving and it was on purpose for no actual reason. other than that the music was below average and the atmosphere really sucked with all the artificial fog. just impossible to breathe. wouldn't recommend to anyone. total disappointment

Terrible security. Completely useless and clearly needs to be replaced. I felt unsafe and ignored the whole time. This place doesn’t care about basic protection or professionalism. I do not recommend this place at all, from the bottom of my heart. Avoid
