Save your money. Bought tickets from the guy selling instead of online because he said it was good for the sellers. So this already goes to show a bad management and the way they handle things and treat their employers (will revert to this as we go) Said the bus would come soon. We checked the online tracker and indeed it was just ariund the corner. Waited, waited, waited. No bus ever came and on the tracker it just stood still. After 45 mins of waiting I went back to the guy and asked him what was up. He said he did not know why the bus was not moving. Tried calling his managers but no one picked up (again, poor managing and leaving this poor guy in the shit with seeling tickets for a bus thats not on time) Bus finally arrived, got on board and the driver asked for tickets. Then we clocked that we actually never got any tickets from the seller. The bus driver was gonna refuse us access, untill I said we’ll just have to go back and ask for a refund. Then my sister managed to show him a transaction, and then it was good enough. Bus tour was fine but not worth the 315 SEK ticket, and the hassle of waiting. Save your money.

This ended up being one of the rougher parts of our time in Stockholm. The concept is great in theory, but in practice the service just wasn’t reliable. There were very few buses running, and when one finally did arrive, the drivers often took unexplained 15-minute breaks at random stops. That meant you were left standing around with no idea when the next bus might show up. The app, while functional, isn’t well calibrated for live tracking — it doesn’t provide any timing estimates, so you’re basically guessing when (or if) a bus will arrive. If you happen to get stuck in traffic once you’re on board, it’s easy to start wondering whether walking might actually be the faster and more enjoyable way to see the city. For us, it didn’t feel like a good use of time, and there are definitely better ways to explore Stockholm.

Bus turen er ganske fin. Men prisen er alt for høj i forhold til hvad man får. Tæt på det er en turistfælde. Jeg ville hellere bruge pengene på en bådtur . Spild af penge at tage bussen.

Nicht zu empfehlen ! Auch wenn die Ticketverkäufer und der Busfahrer durchaus freundlich waren, die Tour insgesamt war leider eine Enttäuschung. Man erhält den Eindruck, dass die Tour möglichst kurz gehalten ist um so Material & Manpower zu sparen. Stockholm ist tatsächlich wesentlich grösser, als Jenes was auf dieser deutlich zu kurzen Tour gezeigt wird. Besonders ärgerlich ist der Zustand des Busses : alt, ungepflegt, renovierungsbedürftig und rumpelig. Hinzu kommt, dass die Reiseleitung vom Band mit den zentralen Infos über die Stadt, an vielen Sitzen im Bus nicht funktioniert ! Wie nur kann man ein Unternehmen so mangelhaft & zum Nachteil seiner Kunden führen ?
