Nu ett dygn senare är en drös analyser, medicinering gjord och elkonvertering av fladder fixat, efter snabb remiss till fin vård på Danderyd sjukhus bra Flimmercentrum. I would like to write about the excellent experience I had when I was treated by Dr. Reidar Winter and his team in your Hospital. After an unexpected visit to the Emergency Room due to irregular heartbeat I was advised to consult a cardiologist. My insurance company sent me to Dr. Winter who I visited on July 27, 2023 in Sophiahemmet. I can say that during my life (I am 57) I have dealt with healthcare proffessionals in many parts of the word - both private and state-owned: in US, Canada, UK, Russia, Europe and UAE but the experience with Dr. Winter’s team stands out in its excellence. Dr. Winter and his team at eHeart (I have dealt with four of his colleagues (Tatyana, who conducted the echocardiogram, Karl who has done the stress-test and another lady, whose name I unfortunately do not have - she has conducted the echo-stress test) have demonstrated the highest degree of competence and thoroughness. Even the receptionist was friendly, polite and efficient. I felt that Dr. Winter’s approach was based on the latest science and his equipment was state of the art. He and his colleagues showed the highest attention to detail, where all signs of problems were examined but at the same time he was extremely efficient in the sense that he did not subject me to the unnecessary tests, treatments or medicines. Dr. Winter and his team have addressed the problem and seven days later, on Aug 5, I have successfully completed the Stockholm Triathlon! At the time when Swedish healthcare receives a great deal of criticism, I felt the Dr. Winter and his eHeart could serve as the example of healthcare excellence.
