Carlshälls Gård i Södermalm — Karlshällsvägen 14

Went here for a classical Swedish julbord (Christmas table) and it was my third time here since my last employer went here twice in the past. I like the boat ride from Stadshuset which is something unique compared to other julbord in Stockholm, at least as far as I know. Being greeted at the docks by an actor posing as the guy who built the house is both a little bit cheesy but also something that raises you Christmas spirit. The actor will join you later and talk about his history and sing a song. The house is beautiful and there are a lot of small rooms so it feels intimate. I managed to do 7 rounds to the buffet getting really small portions to be able to stay hungry for the last trip to the candy room. Food is good and just about the right number of dishes so you can actually try everything. It's not super cheap but I guess most people get it paid by their employers. I paid for it myself and it was worth it but I will wait until next year until I go back for another round. Merry Christmas 🤶🏻🎅🏻

Special place for traditional Christmas dinner with the Stockholm colleagues. Boat trip from the city center add more charme to the whole experience

Went with work team for a Jul Bord. Beautiful spread off food. The seafood was especially amazing. We started with a boat trip and Glögg, and a cosy short work to the restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We had our wedding here. Beautiful venue and a great atmosphere created by the staff. Our guests loved it. And the whole process prior to the event was well organized. Super happy we chose Carlshäll after looking at many other wedding venues in Stockholm. If you are thinking of having a wedding here, just do it

I don’t know about the food here but the views and surrounding is stunningly beautiful and romantic. You can walk around the island with small paths and quiet despite being in the middle of the town.
