Auctionet Logistics i Skärholmen — Strömsätragränd 2

I bid too high for the item. My fault, I cannot blame them. But they charge huge on top (ca 50% over the final bid). They were nice and efficient in the shop though. Will be more careful with bidding next time.

What happened to the trustworthy and reliable Auctionet? - The item, I bought was not imaged at / from the right side where i now found a really bad crack. - Why didn´t they show this? - To conceal the damage? Until about a year ago, I could buy from auctionet without hesitation. The high-quality items were well described, the pictures were clear and accurate, and the packaging was good. - For about a year now: The packaging prices have doubled and the quality of the packaging has deteriorated significantly. (I had a damage due to stupid packaging with the last item I purchased). And now they are concealing the damage of the item by simply not publishing a photo of it and not mentioning it in the text, or rather by trying to hide behind general platitudes – that is disgraceful.

Normally Auctionet is a good company. Despite the usual if you come across Ms Jeanette - expect irrationality and impulsive trends. Got really tired trying to get the delivery for 2 of 65/50cm low value pieces from the same auction. I was refused to pack them together even after written confirmation that I wont complain in case of damages. To finalise Ms Jeanette added that she will only send them in two way oversized and overpriced boxes. This example shows real attitude about environmental sustainability. Rational solution was never suggested.
